My 5 Rules :
1) Eat breakfast every day within an hour of waking up.
2) Eat often: 4-5 "small" meals per day (Each meal should be 200-300 cals)
3) Cut down on "bad carbs" and carbs at dinner
4) Portion control!
5) Allow myself a cheat meal each week
